Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors is a successful retail flooring company that is locally owned and has been in business for over 35 years! Roberts Carpet has 10 stores in and around the Houston area and our corporate office conveniently located near the downtown area. We are currently looking for a receptionist/data entry representative to add to our amazing team at our corporate office location.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- answer phones and direct them to the proper personnel
- enter purchase orders
- enter sales orders
- process payments
- Print and mail letters
- order supplies
- keep inventory of office supplies
- Report directly to Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional phone etiquette
- At least 1 years’ experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software products and general math skills a must
- Working knowledge of general office equipment and emails
- QuickBooks experience perferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
