Major duties and responsibilities:

• Promptly answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate individual or department.
• Warmly welcomes patients upon their arrival at the office, demonstrating urgency in delivering top-notch service and addressing their needs.
• Identifies the purpose of the patient's visit, thoroughly explains required paperwork, tests, products, and services, and communicates accurate time estimates.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, carefully reviews patient information, and displays patience and courtesy when dealing with indecisive or hard-to-please patients; seeks answers to unfamiliar questions and consults with the Managing Doctor/Retail when necessary.
• Handles claim processing and accurately enters patient orders.

Skills:

• Effective communication and active listening skills with both patients and colleagues
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, characterized by a friendly, caring, and patient demeanor
• Proficient sales expertise
• Familiarity and efficiency with computers, as well as a quick learner of new software
• Solid organizational capabilities

Education& Experience:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Comparable experience typically achieved with a minimum of 1-2 years in a retail environment
