Healthgram is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing company. Our receptionist is the go-to contact for employees’ reception and mail needs; in addition to client-facing with our on-site guests. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with no nights, weekends, or overtime required.

This position is required to work in-office 100% of the time. There are no remote or hybrid options available.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and transferring callers to appropriate individuals
• General reception duties including interacting with on-site guests
• Sorting, opening, and distributing incoming mail
• Scheduling conference room meetings and preventing overlap

Qualifications:

• Certification or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college/university or technical program
• A coachable attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 per year
