Gordon Ramsay North America is adding a receptionist to our growing team. This individual will support the Restaurant Support Center by providing administrative support related to the activity and operations of Gordon Ramsay North America.This person will report to the Chief People Officer and provide elevated levels of fast, friendly, professional and responsive service and be the first point of contact for visitors. This person will aid in the planning and implementation of company events, keep a safe and clean reception area, assemble and distribute a variety of documents, perform mailing4s, screen calls, and assure the office and kitchen areas are neat and orderly.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of prior receptionist experience with restaurant experience preferred. This person will be service-oriented with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills and must present a neat, professional, and polished appearance. Must be able to execute high level analytical and organizational skills, exceptional time management, and have familiarity in Microsoft Office with the ability to work independently and as a team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
