Angels Who Care Home Health Services is seeking an Administrativefor their office.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative
- Answer phone calls
- Manage and update a personnel information on a spreadsheet
- Manage CORE office personnel records
- Share updated information during staff meetings
Coordination of services
- Addressing all their needs of staff in the field in an effective manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to office employees.
- Monitor caregiver schedule to ensure effective utilization of staff
Requirements
Candidate must be very detail-oriented, highly organized, and thorough with good follow up skills and good communication skills. Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Compassion is a requirement. Full training will be provided.
- Microsoft excel: experienced (Required)
- Office experienced: 1 years (Preferred)
- Administrative: 1 years (Preferred)

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
