This position is responsible for answering all incoming calls to the multi-line phone system and greeting all incoming visitors and employees. Must be able to work independently, and have effective interpersonal skills and preferably home health experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet visitors with a smile
Professionally answer all inbound phone calls on a multi-line phone system
Performs clerical duties as needed
Sort mails and distributes including any supply inventory
Assist employee events / team activities
Create and prepare documentation (forms, reports, etc.) as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Supports other departments as needed'
