Maximus Global Services is looking for an Administrative Asssistant to provide administrative support in the headquarters office, working closely with executives, employees and customers. In charge of the reception and other administrative duties.

Essential Functions

  • Screening and directing phone calls, answer emails and distribute correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and clients or employees
  • Provide support to trainer in schedule meetings and trainings.
  • Source office supplies
  • Provide support to the Human Resources area, contacting candidates for interview and other duties.
  • Maintain office filing system (contracts, invoices and employee files).
  • Control of petty cash.
  • Distribute new hire packet and drug test.
  • Prepares employment verification letter for MIA employees.
