Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITES (include but are not limited to):
Provide outstanding customer service for those retrieving packages.
Receive and sign for all deliveries;
Receive and properly log all incoming packages and returns;
Properly log all tracking numbers;
Provide tracking numbers in a timely manner when requested;
Date, label (by department) and organize all outgoing packages;
Log in and distribute time and temperature sensitive packages first;
Release all Purchase Orders at the end of each business day to allow Accounts Payable to proceed with payment;
Promptly contact Purchasing if requisitioner cannot be found in SAP;
Ensure all packages being returned have the proper labels provided by Purchasing;
Properly log all outgoing packages (including the weight of the package(s));
Have all outgoing mail ready for mailroom pickup first thing in the morning; and
Ensure all United Parcel Service bills are paid on a timely basis and charged to the correct cost centers.
Qualification Requirements
REQUIRMENTS:
1 to 4 years of experience required
High School Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Working knowledge of SAP preferred but not required.
Excellent organization, communication, and record keeping.
Ability to be flexible, working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 50lbs

Salary Range
$45,000 - $55,000
