Good To-Go is a small and rapidly growing company located in Kittery, Maine with a warehouse location in Somersworth, NH. We create an award-winning line of dehydrated meals for adventure seekers. Our meals are distributed through outdoor retailers such as KTP, EMS, REI, as well as hundreds of other locations across the United States and Canada.

We are looking for the right individual to join our growing company as a Receiver/Inventory Clerk. This person would be responsible for inventory at our Off-Site Warehouse in Somersworth, NH. This involves keeping track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking inventory counts and checking the items in inventory for damages or discrepancies, comparing each shipment against the invoice to verify product received. They are responsible for ensuring all inventory is accurately stocked and stored, according to FIFO. This includes raw goods received from our external vendors and finished goods produced internally from our Packaging Department in Kittery. Other duties and responsibilities of a include:

• Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods
• Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
• Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
• Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
• Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
• Performing daily inventory counts on a rotating schedule of finished and raw goods and determine inventory levels for sell through product
• Determine the appropriate inventory controls for kit packs by determining how much of each type to build for sell through or use throughout the workweek.
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management
• Stock and count supplies and report any differences between the actual count and the stock levels in company records
• Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
• Identify damaged, returned or mis-ordered inventory and fill out the appropriate paperwork for inventory adjustments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
