Job description
We are seeking an individual with leadership, coaching and employee development experience ideally within a retail setting. As a Retail Team Leader one will work in the receiving area to guide and support team members within various roles to ensure a consistent flow of goods and products are being delivered to the sales floor.
One can expect to work a 40 hour work week and must have availability to work the opening and closing shifts Monday-Sunday. This means, working 5 days per week with shared responsibility of opening and closing shifts.

Day to day responsibilities:
1. Provide daily guidance and direction to team members
2. Assist with the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new team members
3. Monitor financial reports and make adjustments to ensure company goals are met
4. Ensure all safety measures are being taken to provide a safe and accident free work environment
5. Collaborate with other leaders and team members to meet production/sales goals
6. Ability to support team members of all abilities to aid them in meeting their personal
Requirements:
1. One year of retail management experience
2. Strong and welcoming communication skills
3. Positive and upbeat attitude and a desire to help others
4. Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours per day
5. Experience operating a power pallet jack, power stacker and forklift, preferred
