ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics is seeking an Real Property Manager for an upcoming program located at Dugway Proving Ground, UT.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Real Property Manager (Lead) oversees, manages, and leads the property management team. Administers the established property plan and ensuring that all assigned employees consistently comply with the requirements within the plan. Appoints custodians for property accounts within their respective area of responsibility. Ensures custodians account for, safeguard, control, and maintain all property assigned to their account while adhering to all requirements of the property management plan; oversees physical inventories; and documents and report actions and conditions as required by the property management plan.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reports to the Program Manager.
  • Property Management Plan oversight, management and leadership/supervisory.
  • Provides accurate and timely property reporting, compiling and generation of reports of labor, equipment, services.
  • Provides management of storage, inventory, receiving, distribution, accountability, and maintenance status for real property.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in real property management and accounting in the Department of the Army or the Department of Defense (Air Force real property experience is preferred).
  • Preferred to have real property management experience using GFEBS.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOD Security Clearance
EDUCATION

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business or finance or related field, from an accredited college or university or equivalent related work experience.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards.
  • Must be highly organized to facilitate a productive team environment
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills using English as the primary language experience in developing and providing presentation s and briefings at multiple customer levels
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • This classification's activities range from an office environment with extensive sitting demands to a field environment with extensive climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching and walking demands. May occasionally be required to lift objects whose weight exceeds 30 pounds. Special vision abilities to perform this job are close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
  • The diversity of work conditions may range from an office environment where there is little or no physical discomfort to a field environment where inclement weather may subject the individual to severe changes in temperature, wind, rain, etc. May be required to work in areas where high noise hazards prevail. May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles and electrical shock hazards. May be required to work a flexible work schedule and alternating workdays to meet mission and customer requirements
