Job Description:

DXC Real Estate is seeking an experienced real estate manager for its Americas portfolio. This individual will manage all aspects of developing & delivering a comprehensive real estate strategy across the portfolio that is aligned with company objectives. This high-profile role requires strong collaboration with business unit executives, internal real estate partners (e.g. IT, Legal, HR, HSE, supply chain), and outsourced service providers to effectively deliver solutions across the region.

Essential Job Functions (Responsibilities):

  • Serve as client relationship manager with local client leaders and business executives for all sites within the region
  • Partner with clients and real estate functions (e.g. Transactions, Design & Construction, Lease Administration, Facility Management) to develop and execute real estate strategy. Act as real estate focal point for coordinating all activities
  • Work with Finance to achieve financial targets; hold budget accountability for region
  • Handle client escalation and issues management
  • Review and utilize data and operational reports to identify outliers and opportunities and garner insights over the delivery of real estate services across region
  • Help develop business cases associated with lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposition planning
  • Collaborate with the business on occupancy planning to maintain efficient real estate footprint based on evolving business demands
  • Help develop and manage executive presentations and other forms of communications
  • Ensure outsourced service providers execute on their various responsibilities, including maintenance of facilities, delivery of projects, negotiating transactions, lease administration, and tracking and reporting of data and financials
  • Manage departmental data and reporting against portfolio key metrics.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in corporate real estate with track record of interacting effectively with executives and other diverse stakeholders to develop and implement corporate strategies
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to understand needs, develop consensus, and create a positive workplace experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong data and analytical skills; experience maintaining and consolidating data from diverse sources and analyzing data to develop insights and reporting against key metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to distill complex issues and develop clear reports and presentations
  • Ability to think operationally and manage complex initiatives that involve coordinating the activities of others to achieve goals
  • BA/BS with degree in architecture, engineering, business, or real estate management preferred
  • Experience working across countries and cultures preferred

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.

At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 125,500.00 - 188,300.00 USD Annual

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,500 - $188,300.
