We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant in the office. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Compensation:

$18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members.

Qualifications:
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not necessary.
