At Entera, we are looking to hire experienced professionals to assist our enterprise investors in refining their portfolios by strategic disposition of assets . The Manager of Dispositions Operations will be in charge of aiding the development and execution of the team's success by managing the disposition process across multiple markets and clients, identifying obstacles, utilizing metrics in place or developing new ones, hiring, training and developing the disposition team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong background in real estate as a Broker, tenured Agent or Institutional Asset Manager with prior experience in a leadership role. Entera is looking for long-term career oriented individuals that want to be part of changing the way people buy real estate.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide guidance and coaching that drives meaningful improvement to your team and directs.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership in developing and executing the strategic plan to drive listing price and offer proficiency to assist with driving revenue and market share growth for Entera and Institutional Investors.
  • Align and work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure requirements and the business needs are achieved.
  • Manage an ever-changing variety of internal initiatives and projects.
  • Help develop the best disposition management operation and platform of its kind.
  • Identify and implement solutions to current process issues from internal and external sources.
  • Recruit productive and effective team members when/where required.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is adhered to for all support services.
  • Provide quarterly and annual reviews

Who You Are:

  • Desired minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate as (Broker/Agent, Institutional Asset Manager)
  • Required minimum of 3 years previous Manager/Supervisor experience (external requirement)
  • Active real estate license required (in Entera brokerage area)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team building, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in a client business setting
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
