If you love being out on the open road while making money at the same time, we’ve got the job for you. Our team is hiring a Real Estate Lead Driver.
We are looking for anyone with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation that wants to earn an extra $20-30 an hour
We pay you to drive around and look for vacant, run-down, abandoned, and distressed-looking houses in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers Area based on certain criteria. Some things you will look for include peeling paint, an unkempt yard, etc.
When you see a run-down house, your job will be to pull over and input the house in an app on your smartphone. The app is called DealMachine.
We expect to have hundreds of applicants and are looking for the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendly drivers. Please expect a small paid assignment that includes setting up the app and demonstrating the ability to use the app as part of the selection process. A smartphone with a camera is required

Compensation:$1 per approved lead + monthly bonuses
Responsibilities:- Drive around local areas to identify distressed homes
- Follow designated route on smart phone and take pictures of identified leads
- Mark signs of "distress" on app
- The more leads identified and approved, the more you get paid!
- Be someone who is looking for good supplemental income
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have a smart phone to download app and take pictures of leads identified
- Must possess great time management skills
- Must have good communication skills to communicate when leads have been identified
