Chilton & Chadwick- Global Real Estate Concierge is an exclusive real estate sales team based in Greenwich, CT that also has family businesses in art, construction, design and cleaning. We have created a true one-stop shop for all clientele's property needs.

We are looking to expand our real estate sales team throughout Connecticut and New York.

The most important qualities for candidates are as follows:

  • A self-driven mentality
  • A professional and positive attitude and appearance
  • A team-player mentality
  • Affinity for hard work (The company certainly operates in high-end market spaces, but that does not mean everything is always glamorous)
  • Confidence to speak up and suggest new and better ways of doing things
  • Dependability
  • Follow-up and follow through
  • At least moderately tech savvy

We are especially looking to expand our Investment and Development Division and our Sports, Entertainment and Fashion Division.

Helpful Background and Experience

  • Experience working in professional and upscale environments
  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of and connection with HNW and UHNW individuals and families
  • Basic knowledge of economics and finance
  • Affability and networking skill
  • A background in finance, investment, hedge funds, private equity or similar fields
  • Additional language(s) on top of English

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Client interfacing
  • Business sourcing
  • Market research
  • Event planning
  • Marketing material production
  • Hosting open houses
  • Marketing

Part or full-time agents will be interviewed, but strong preference will be given for those interested in working full-time.
