Our Process

Atlas Real Estate is part of a select group of teams across the country that has been hand selected by numerous channel partners to represent their clients at a local level. Atlas will be acquiring leads from several different sources including Zillow Realtor.com. Wealth and legacy building will be the foundation for teaching our agents how to perform flips. As well as development and construction projects from the ground up.

Since starting business, Atlas Real Estate has constantly maintained a conversion rate rivaling top national teams. If you're looking to increase your production in 2023, we can help. To Atlas Real Estate it doesn’t matter if you have been licensed for 20 days or have 20 years of real estate experience, if you can handle a steady high volume of business, we’re the place for you.

Our goal is for ALL agents to consistently open 2-3 transactions a month with all the training and coaching necessary to maintain this pace. In 2022, Atlas Real Estate successfully closed 80+ transactions, adding up to almost $125 million in total sales volume. The silver lining for all our agents is that many of these transactions were a direct product of our focus on personalized agent branding, targeted customer marketing and prospecting.

Responsibilities:
Represent sellers and buyers at the highest level in real estate transactions.
Negotiate residential purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare CMA/other necessary documents to determine a seller’s property value.
Educate clients on all basic real estate practices
