We are looking for a skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, the following tasks and responsibilities will be required:

· Speak to prospective leads on the phone, negotiate and get properties under contract.

· Delegate tasks and manage virtual assistants that are currently working remotely.

· Attentiveness to all requests presented by the Director.

· Meticulously arrange files in Dropbox; including but not limited to Legal Documents, Financials and Invoices.

· Closely monitoring KPI’s and ensuring company targets are met.

Candidate Profile

While currently holding a young and vibrant Team, Richland Acquisitions requires for any prospective to have the same mentality: fire driven, optimistic, cooperative, and Team-Oriented. Additionally, it is required that the applicant has strong communicating skills; not only with team members, but with the Vendors and Clients.

The applicant must meet the following requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate. Preferably as a sales agent or escrow officer.

· Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours a day.

· A self-starter that can operate with little to no direction/supervision.

· A quick learner and problem solver.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
