Looking for a licensed or unlicensed assistant with 1-2+ years prior experience to help build operational systems, implement administrative processes, and oversee core real estate activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll Get To:

• Manage B2C business operations
• Implement and Manage predesigned processes
• Create new processes to streamline functionality
• Interact with clients in a customer service role
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
• Work 25-50% remotely (Casual office attire)
• Travel as needed, internationally too!

QUALIFICATIONS

This Role is Perfect for You If You’re:

• Living in San Diego California and available M-F 10am to 6pm
• Previous experience in the Real Estate Sales Industry
• Loyal, hardworking, with great follow through and deadline conscious
• A fast learner, self-motivated with ambitious growth in mind
• Focused, energetic, and have a professional demeanor
• A good communicator (solid written and verbal skills)
• Excellent technology and time management skills
• Attentive to detail
• Skilled in CRM management, digital and mail marketing
• Strong phone skills and customer service
• Social media management savvy – that’s a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
