Real Estate Accountant
Job description
Qualifications
1. 4 year Accounting Degree
2. 5-8 years accounting experience
3. Lease and real estate accounting experience including but not limited to CAM, rent escalations, tax assessor notices.
4. Budgeting, and forecasting existing portfolio, proformas for acquisitions and expansions.
5. ASC 842 implementation experience
6. Proficient with leasing software - Visual Lease and Skyline
7. Month end & year end close responsibilities including audit support
8. Accruals and account reconciliation related to leasing and real estate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
