Swifthaven Assisted Living in Edgerton is looking to hire RCA's (Resident Care Assistant) for the following shift(s)

Day Shift (7a-7pm) This shift will be 36 hours a week. 3) 12 hour shifts weekly. This will include every other weekend rotation.

NOC shift (7pm-7am) caregiver, caring for elderly adults. 36 hours per week. With an option/opportunities to pick-up extra hours. Schedule is a rotating schedule and will include a weekend rotation. Days of the Week are flexible!

RCA caregiving duties include but not limited to: Medication Administration, Personal Cares, Toileting, Mild Catheter Cares/Peri Cares, Dressing, Undressing, answering call lights and overall activities of daily living.

NOC staff is responsible for scheduled resident laundry during the overnight hours (2-3 assigned residents laundry per night) and light facility housekeeping/upkeep. Sweeping/mopping for the dining room, vacuuming, and dusting.

Swifthaven as a facility will train the right individual(s) for this position. All training is done within our facility. ECP computer program knowledge a plus but also not required.

This NOC shift is an awake position. Sleeping on shift is NOT allowed and against company policy. Bring your book, your current craft (yarning, needling, crochet, diamond dotting) etc to stay awake.

Must have good communication skills in order to communicate shift report, concerns with RN, Director and/or Community Manager if/when needed.

Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a caregiver background check to qualify for employment.

Vaccinations OPTIONAL!

Day shift $14/hr

Noc shift $1.50/hr

Shift differential of + $1/hr for any hours worked on Saturday and Sundays.
