Starting Salary: $20.65 per hour

Successful Lead Ramp Agent will be able to:

  • Loads and unloads unit load devices (ULD’s) containing mail and freight from aircraft.
  • Operates GSE as required.
  • May be responsible for parking aircraft at gate.
  • Keeps the Ramp Supervisor informed on all matters pertaining to the safe operation of all equipment on or near the aircraft.
  • Prepares schedules and makes work assignments.
  • Serves as the back-up to the Supervisor.
  • Immediate supervision of a unit but acts as an understudy to a higher-level position.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized


What Do You Need?

  • A valid Drivers License
  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Be fully vaccinated – Covid 19
  • Over three months up to and including 12 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances
  • To be punctual and commit to your assigned schedule
