- Provides comprehensive care to patient requiring medical imaging services in an organized and systematic manner according to departmental policy and standards.
- Responsible for performing routine exams in either an inpatient and/or outpatient setting in accordance with established protocols for positioning, image quality, and radiation safety.
- Performs mammography and radiology imagining according to the technical standards established by the radiology department.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned to ensure that optimum radiologic care, efficient and orderly flow of patients and safe, expedient office operation occurs daily
- Education: Graduate from an AMA approved Radiology School/Program. Completion of RTBE/JRCERT approved Radiology School/Program (required)
- Work Experience: 0 - 1 (required); 2 - 4 (preferred)
- Licensure/Certifications: Valid NJ Radiology License, ARRT Registration and Mammography Certification (required); AHA BLS (preferred)
