Starting Pay: $12.00- $20.00/ hour

Position Purpose: The Upper Main Line YMCA is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to perform administrative tasks within various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Complete general clerical functions including but not limited to: filing , copying and collating
- Respond to member requests in a timely manner
- Maintain and purchase office equipment and supplies
- Provide Directors with reports as requested
- Programming in operating software as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED required; some college or business school or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 years formal administrative and/or data entry experience preferred
- Customer /member service experience required
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment and ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software required
