Job description
Austin based Civil Engineering and Survey firm has position available for a State of Texas licensed R.P.L.S. with a minimum of three years survey experience. Candidate will perform activities including property/easement/abandonment descriptions, topographic surveys, title surveys (as-built, Category IA Condition II, ALTA/NSPS), platting, flood certificates, home production services and will assist with construction layout. Candidate will supervise survey technician staff and sign/seal surveying documents.
A qualified applicant should be able to:
Manage land development projects from start to finish
Prepare and manage proposals, schedules and billing
Plan and execute business development for the department and
Must have team management experience, i.e. drafters, survey technicians and field personnel
The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in AutoCad, Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. Responsibilities will also include having good client interaction.
