ATACQ Technician - Quality

This role is linked to the plants quality organization, and functionally reports to the Quality Operations Superintendent and has a dotted line to the “Plant Application Super User”, to give support in all shops & departments where the system is used.

Purpose:

• “ATACQ Technician” is primary responsible for the day-to-day operational input and support for production in ATACQ.
• Within his home organization they are the primary point of contact regarding local ATACQ-issues on the production lines, mainly from the Operational business perspective.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Basic Configurations & management of the mandatory plant settings of the application.
• Execute periodic screening activities regarding application-usage & application-settings
• Works close; and in association; with the “Plant Application Super User” and “Plant IT”
• Provide OJT training and basic instruction to Production users in the use of ATACQ
• Support the ATACQ SU in business support for all plant employees (attend regular global meetings)
• Evaluate & escalate related floor issues (corporation with SU and SV’s)
• Keep all application-settings up-to-date and in line with the currently related processes
• Execute periodic screenings on issues as: correct-application-integration & usage, old or invalid settings, feedback shop-floor equipment
• Participate in training activities.
• First business point of contact regarding application, for all involved employees within the plant.
• Testing of application-enhancements (in acceptance-& production-environment) and support linked deployment activities
• Able to create feedback forms with meaningful feedback questions
• Able to create User Requirement Specification
• Able to create existing solutions with confines for user needs
• Able to write Walk through documentation for end users
• Able to write detailed ticket documentation, including cause & effect & Root cause Analysis statements
• Able to observe and document existing processes flows
• Able to delineate, separate, and clean up datasets
• Able to explore how data sets are interconnected and make meaningful connections
• Able to generate reports from Business Intelligence applications

Competence Requirements

• Basic knowledge in ATACQ
• Basic knowledge in computer hardware and computer set-up
• Basic knowledge about MS-office tools as Excel
• Ability to promote the system (existing and new features)
• Creative and takes own initiatives (be pro-active)
• Demonstrate every day build in quality behavior
