Primary Purpose: :
Assists Quality Engineering in the handling and management of customer Material Review Board (MRB) activities and Internal Method Sheet (IMS) management through the Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process.

Primary Purpose: :

- Creating IMS documents (i.e., work instructions) and editing revisions
- Processing ECNs as assigned by the Quality Manager
- Assisting Quality Engineers in reviewing purchase orders as directed
- Assisting Quality Engineers with internal MRB coordination and activities, and with external submissions through the use of customer web-based systems and portals
- Assisting Quality Engineers in maintaining MRB records to ensure quick and easy retrieval in the future
- Assisting Quality Engineers with customer returns
- General understanding of customer drawings and specifications
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing internal quality audits (e.g., Patch and Wrap department)
- Maintaining the customer-assigned serial number accountability logs and document archive
- Working with the shop floor personnel and Engineering in the creation of new and revised IMSs, to ensure they are comprehensive and effective
- Adhering to all safety polices, practices, and procedures
- Working overtime as needed
