2nd shift Quality Inspector at our manufacturing facility located in

Position Summary
This position reports directly to the Quality Manager and is responsible for assisting production employees with gauges as well as completing other audits and administrative duties.
More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including, but not limited to the following:
- Managing the issuance and return of gauges
- Auditing processes for various jobs
- Performing incoming inspections and data entry
- Inspecting cut etch welds
- Completing non-conforming reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
- Must be able to read work instructions and other work documents provided in English
- Prior experience in manufacturing preferred, not required
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and other simple documents
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while looking for ways to promote quality
- Observes safety procedures
- Maintains good work ethic and attendance
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Possess a general working knowledge of how to use lab tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, and Height Gauges

Physical requirements- Lifting up to 20 pounds
- Standing, walking, bending and reaching for extended periods of time
- Grasping, pinching and fine manipulation frequently
- Bending occasionally
Work Environment- Working indoors where temperatures could be hot/cold, depending on season
- Mandatory PPE for eyes, ears, hands, and feet to prevent exposure to hazardous materials or injury
- May be required to work overtime, including weekends
