Job description
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating and updating files, spreadsheets, and procedures.
  • Assist implementation team members with special projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including file system development and maintenance, typing, faxing, copying, data collection and collation.
  • Act as information resource regarding implementation activities.
  • Assist with filing, compiling data, and meeting minutes.
  • Exercise complete discretion, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management.
Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative and/or customer service work experience. 6 years’ experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a high traffic work environment.
  • Communicate in a friendly, approachable manner the requirements of implementation activities.
  • Flexible to meet ever-changing priorities while being very time-efficient
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, be a true team-player
  • Must be able to work with little Supervision
Salary Ranges:
$20.20 - $32.83
