- Plan the Process validation activities
- Understand the intended use and user requirement specification.
- Prepare Project plan for Tool validation activities.
- Identify the deliverable list from the stakeholders
- Identify project risks
- Manage project schedule and meet the milestones
- Delegates the tasks to the stakeholders.
- Deliver the project deliverables on time
- Organize meetings with stakeholders communicate project status
- Develop Test methods, write protocols, execute Test method validation, and prepare Reports.
- Process verification run, confirmation run, and validation run.
- Create and update Master validation plan.
Design and validate fixtures for inspection.
