Total Home Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and dependable person looking for a long-term career to represent our company as a Quality Control Techinician.

A qualified applicant will have:

• Establish protocols on how to assist Total Home Roofing customers with their needs within a reasonable time frame.
• Monitor all emails and texts for new incoming work orders.
• Create a work order for each incident that occurs with our customers.
• Call the customer within 24 to 48 hours after the work order has been received and update them as to when we will be present.
• Maintain open communication lines with the customer requesting a warranty.
• Log all warranty calls and the reasons and the purpose of the calls.
• Develop various spreadsheets of the department’s daily performance and maintain them up to date.
• Record the warranty job in the cloud in each customer file. It should include the day of the repair of the roof and the interior of the home.
• Communicate with the customer to schedule all warranty work. Call the customer the day before the appointment to obtain confirmation.
• Follow up with the customer to confirm work has been properly completed and that they are satisfied.
• Constantly communicate with the field technicians to verify the service given to our customers and monitor the field photos on CC.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
