Position Objectives

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Quality Control of raw materials and finished goods.
• maintaining quality-assurance processes
• recording and analyzing results data during product development, manufacturing and testing
• write reports for the Quality Department
• tests raw materials and finished products in the company laboratory
• in charge of laboratory equipment (proper handling, maintenance, calibration)
• find faults in the production process
• check if manufactured products are within tolerance limits
• Identify risks related to product quality
• maintain company quality standards
• actively participate in QA and production meetings with the manufacturing team
• ensure the product is delivered with appropriate quality
• Work with Quality Manager to ensure the main priorities are followed
• Working in liaison with the Pultrusion Team Leaders and Pultrusion technicians
• check the incoming raw materials to match to the requested specifications as per the company requirements
• check the raw materials for any defects or damages and check the paperwork to match the purchase orders
• test the incoming raw materials and the finished products according to company quality plan
• check the manufactured products for defects
• conduct batch testing for the manufactured products and records the data
• prepare the specimens for testing
• monitors the ongoing quality check on the pultrusion lines
• final inspection of the products before delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
