MöllerTech South, LLC is a Tier 1 supplier of interior trim to the automotive industry. The company has more than doubled in size since 2010, employing close to 300 people, and new programs are under development promising more jobs and more equipment in the near future.
Our location in Elberton, Georgia offers a more rural lifestyle, with many opportunities for fishing, hunting, golfing, and boating. We are seeking a Quality Auditor to help monitor our production performance on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). The ideal candidate will have experience with the inspection of injection molded plastic parts. Visual assessment of the part quality and the use of gauges/fixtures to measure critical dimensions are part of the routine checks, as well as color verifications as parts shift between black, beige, and ivory. The candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office, able to input data into SPC software for tracking, and able to issue reports and emails to document events when needed. Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in group problem solving activities.
- Possesses good mathematical aptitude and basic SPC knowledge.
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
- Good organization skills and able to prioritize work when tasks overlap.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Able to maintain a calm, positive attitude when problems occur.
- Comply with all Safety Regulations and Plant Guidelines.
- Enforce the standards of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Able to work overtime to cover for coworkers absent due to illness or vacation.
- Able to work weekends or during shutdown periods for inventory or other duties.
