About the Role:

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of daily quality during the production day. This Supervisor will work and communicate with operations, ensuring that all finished products meet quality specifications and customer expectations. They will comply and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices, Global Food Safety Initiative requirements, and other food safety related items as deemed necessary by the Company; They will also ensure that all direct reports comply with Company food safety policies and federal regulations. They will provide input in department and program development, foster continuous improvement, a team environment, and be a facility advocate for Food Safety and Quality.

Accountabilities include:

· Review and update records and procedures

· Monitor sanitation activities

· Monitor microbiological test results

· Supervise and direct QA Technicians

· Maintain calibration records for instrumentation and equipment

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on days, Monday through Friday.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

· A relevant secondary education degree and/or equivalent work experience is required.

· Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

· Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
