OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY

As a team member of the Quality Assurance division this position ensures proper program stewardship and monitoring for eligibility requirements for the HELPNM Programs. Work performance is achieved through assistance, evaluation and quality of performance delivery in order to determine if the program is operating in compliance with the statutes, regulations, and guidance in a manner that will ensure successful achievement of the approved program goals and outcomes. This team provides continuous support to allow program staff to focus on customers and program delivery.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Evaluate the quality and improvement of program services

2. Create, organize, and update files and records utilizing database and spreadsheet software, other online applications, and manual systems;

3. Prepare and submit progress reports and other related information, as required;

4. Ensures that the information and analysis needs of HELPNM offices are met by measuring the effectiveness and impact of all programs;

5. Accuracy and timeliness in the submission of the document(s) pertaining to the program and agency requirements;

6. Performance of quarterly audits to assure all digital and hard files are maintained and match all levels of tracking

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

1.Education /Background:

High School Diploma or HSED or any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in a similar occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education and experience.

2. Other requirements:

Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC.
