Job Responsibilities:
- The Quality Assurance Lead will provide first-line supervisory leadership.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are complied with and enforced in a consistent manner.
- Train Team Members in the areas of safety, quality, procedures, policies, ergonomics, and department production activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring and inspecting the quality of work being performed in the department.
- Coordinate routine functions for the department.
- The Quality Assurance Lead will train new employees and will be responsible for evaluating the performance of new hires.
- The Quality Assurance Lead will also enforce disciplinary procedures.
- Ability to work 8-10 hours per shift and weekends as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety.
- Good attendance.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to accept continual repetitive changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work without direct supervision.
