• Maintains the Quality System and promotes standard work discipline throughout the company.
• Develops procedures and work instructions to standardize business processes and sustain improvements.
• Maintains compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other required quality system standards.
• Leads corrective and preventive actions to identify root causes of problems and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
• Ensures effective change control for documents and production processes.
• Evaluates product returns and initiates improvements to reduce customer disappointments.
• Leads internal audits, supplier audits, and periodic management review to assess performance and identify quality risks.
• Develops control plans, inspection checklists, and quality standards for manufacturing.
• Performs measurement system and process capability studies and analyzes results.
• Develops processes for effective control, dispositioning, and resolution of non-conforming material.
• Maintains key quality metrics and initiates improvements to address performance gaps.
• Leads projects to improve quality and efficiency of production operations.
• Monitors supplier quality performance and collaborates with the Supply Chain team to drive improvements.
• Supports Lean Manufacturing planning and deployment.
• Leads the plant Safety Committee.
• Develops and conducts quality training.

• Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or Business preferred.
• 1-3 years of Engineering or Continuous Improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems and related certifications.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent disciplined problem-solving skills.
• Effective influence and conflict resolution at all organizational levels.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
