The Call Center Department is looking for a Quality Analyst to develop and support the coaching, monitoring and quality performance of the call center agents. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform quality monitoring and coaching to ensure a high level of one-contact customer resolutions and customer retention. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:


  • Must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly.

  • Implement and monitor templates to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the customer service response.

  • Monitor agent responses to customers to ensure quality is being met and proper answers are being delivered.

  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.

  • Investigate customer complaints and product issues.

  • Experience in quality inspection, and auditing.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
