Crisis Services Quality Assurance Specialist

Location(s): 4633 Aicholtz Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244

Hours Per Week: 40

Required Degree(s): High School Diploma/GED

Job description: The Quality Assurance Specialist will provide clinical and administrative support to the Crisis Services department. Main tasks will be directed at auditing, collecting, tracking and analyzing data in order to prepare reporting for state and local entities. Other tasks will include data entry, auditing of charts and call logs, scanning and filing of documents, maintaining documents utilized by the department and other duties that lie in these areas.

Candidates for consideration must be able to work independently, must have strong problem-solving skills, must be detail oriented, and highly organized. This is not a remote position and all work hours will be completed in person. Candidates must be proficient in typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, electronic health records and navigating the internet.
