Position Overview:

Responsible for performing routine tests as required on materials, in-process components, and final product. Participates in the validation of tests, inspections, processing methods, and materials qualification.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learns and participates in the development and validation of processes, materials, and products under the guidance of the manager
• Performs tests and sampling procedures before, during, and after the manufacturing process
• Documenting data from test procedures and reporting abnormalities
• Updating and preparing documentation of operating procedures
• Providing expertise in quality control and operating procedures to co-workers

Education and/or Experience:

• Experience preferred, but not required.
• High School diploma

Job Requirements and Skills:

• Computer skills
• Strong writing and verbal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands:

This position requires walking, standing, bending, twisting, sitting, and lifting
