Business Analysis Training ✓✓

Business Analysts (BA) have an essential role in business management. BAs are the people who help companies operate efficiently and facilitate change in an organized, logical manner when necessary. The primary role of Business Analysts is utilizing data to analyze the processes, software, products and services of a business.

Quality Assurance Training:✓✓

Quality Assurance professionals (QA) are those guaranteeing the high standard of products and services businesses are selling customers. QAs are tasked with monitoring the high-grade of products and services, and customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance professionals are committed to making sure customers are receiving the best products and services possible.

​Systems Analyst (SA) is a technology-based career. SAs are tasked with ensuring a company's software systems and hardware infrastructures function smoothly and efficiently. Systems Analysts, also called System Architects, review the hard and software set-up for flaws and legal compliances, and suggest changes as needed.

INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST

Duties:
Employee will plan, create, implement and update all security measures for all employees and company
​Requirements:
Minimum of a Master’s in Computers, Engineering, Information Systems or IT related field is required. Foreign educational equivalent acceptable.
Previous professional work experience in Security architecture and Design; Information Security and Risk Management; Application Security and Operation Security.
Must be willing to relocate if necessary and travel to clients as needed.

JUNIOR INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST
Duties:
Employee will assist in planning, creating, implementing and updating all security measures for all employees and company
​ ​Requirements:​
​Minimum of a Masters in Computers, Engineering, Information Systems or IT related field is required. Foreign educational equivalent acceptable.
No professional work experience required, but must have coursework or internship in Security architecture and Design; Information Security and Risk Management; Application Security and Operation Security.
Must be willing to relocate if necessary and travel to clients as needed.​

TRAINING SPECIALIST
Duties:
Employee will analyze training needs of organization.
Employee will design and conduct training and development programs with the goal of improving individual and organizational performance.
​ ​Requirements:​
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field. Foreign educational equivalent is acceptable.
Candidate must have coursework or internship in Finite Mathematics; Statistics; Biostatistics; and Technology in Education.
​Must be willing to relocate if necessary and travel to clients as needed.​

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Duties:
Candidate will develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
​ ​Requirements:​
Minimum of a Master’s in Engineering, or Engineering Management is required. Foreign educational equivalent is acceptable
Candidate must have coursework or internship in Strategic Analysis; Systems Engineering and Project Engineering.
​Must be willing to relocate if necessary and travel to clients as needed.​

BUSINESS ANALYST
Duties:
Analyze & evaluate. bus. requirements, business process and cost benefit analysis for IT solutions, enhancements and/or new features
Prepare bus system requirement documents
Data modeling
Conduct gap analysis
Give inputs for functionality testing, accounting and financial systems
Conduct User Acceptance Training, Monitor / provide support after implementation ​Requirements:
​​Master’s degree in CS/Bus/Engineering/Infosystems/Science/Related with 1 year experience required.
​Must be willing to relocate if necessary and travel to clients as needed.​

COMPUTER PROGRAMMERS
Duties:
Research, analyze, design, code, test, debug, and support software programs and applications.
Meet with users to determine business needs and solutions to problems and opportunities.
Help ticket solutions.
Convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language.
Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information.
Preferred to have experience with technologies related to Java, EJB, MVC, J2ME, JDBC, ANT, J2EE,ASP.NET ​Requirements:​
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 year experience required.
​Must be willing to relocate if necessary and travel to clients as needed.

​​IT PROJECT MANAGER
​Duties:
Candidate will plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards and cost targets are met.
​Requirements:​
Bachelor’s in Business, Management, Finance, Computers or Engineering. Foreign educational equivalent is acceptable.
No professional experience required, however candidate must have coursework or internship in Marketing; Sales Management; Business Organization and Management, Cost Analysis; Management Accounting; and Quantitative Techniques/Statistics.
​Must be willing to relocate if necessary and travel to clients as needed.
