Overview

Prerequisite: Demonstrated relevant project experience in being an individual contributor & professionally interacting directly with client(s) and/or project stakeholders. Test Planning and Strategy

• Development of test plans, estimates, and resourcing plan as per the services and systems development life cycle (“SDLC”) model followed by client
• Test automation plan and tools identification
• Identification of metrics and key performance indicators as required by Client
• Maintenance of existing test cases/scripts and documentation

Test Execution

• Execution of test cases per defined test plans
• Execution of test automation based on test automation plan
• Collection and communication of success metrics and service level objectives as required by client
• Postmortem and root cause identification of missed and regressed service level objectives
• Communication with client team members regarding bug submission

Process Management & Communication

• Process management including bug submission, tracking and reporting to client
• Periodic meetings with client, cadence established based on mutual agreement
• Provide reports to the test engineering team on identified bugs with the detail provided by client
• Continuous process improvement for productivity and release velocity gains
• Cost optimization using world class best practices and automation
• Acting on testing feedback from project team members
