ENET Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced and goal-oriented individual for the position of Purchasing Manager for all network cables, IT components and accessories, adapters, and ancillary products. ENET Solutions is a leading provider of compatible network peripherals and connectivity products. Our product lines include OEM Compatible Transceivers, Server Memory, Network Cables, Media converters, Network Interface Cards (NICs), and other IT and Video Adapters. Our products are primarily used in SMB, Large Enterprise Business, Data Centers, and Managed Service Providers and sold through resellers and distributors nationwide. Title: Network Cables & IT Components Purchasing Manager
Description: You will be responsible for the purchasing of network cables and other IT components for inventory and specific orders, including the management of the products and pricing. Products include fiber cables, copper cables, bulk cables, network and video adapters, and much more. Further details on the products are listed below.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with local domestic and overseas vendors for procurement of product for inventory and orders.
• Work directly with individual salespeople on customer requirements to provide accurate landed costs and ETA for quotations and orders
• Coordinate with vendors to meet sales order ship date requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations on shipments
• Run regular sales and purchasing reports to maintain optimal inventory levels on regular stocking products
• Review sales reports to establish and determine any and all products that should be stocked with minimum new inventory quantities on those products.
• Negotiate with vendors strategically and respectfully for best pricing and delivery.
• Evaluate all vendor sources to establish the most efficient and economical choice for a combination of best price, delivery, and quality.
• Search for new vendors on all products in category both domestically and overseas.
• Manage all products in the Cable and IT Components & Adapters category to include consistent specifications, including pricing.

• Fiber Cables – Patch Cables, Couplers, Bulk Fiber, Attenuators, Multi Stand Fiber
• Copper Cables – Cat5e, Cat6, Cat7, Coax, Bulk Cabling
• Display Cables – HDMI, DP, DVI, VGA, Misc. adapters and couplers
• Power Cords – C5, C7, C13, C14, C15, C19, C20, C21, International Power Cords
• USB Cables
• Data Storage Cables – SAS, Mini-SAS, HD Mini-SAS, Infiniband, CX4
• Server Memory
• LAN Adapters
• Fiber Cassettes and Rackmounts

Requirements of Applicant:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred, but min. High School Graduate
• Minimum 5+ years previous experience in Network Cables and IT Products Purchasing
• Must have an extensive knowledge of Network Cables and IT Products
• Must have excellent communication skills including grammar and punctuation.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Must be able to communicate with vendors and sales teams via email before and after business hours to send and receive pricing and availability. (after hours within reason of course).
• Helpful have familiarity with an ERP system, NetSuite being a plus
• Must be able to type 30+ WPM. Most communication with vendors and within the company is via email and Teams messenger so efficiency in typing is a must.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
