Cryonorm is a long-standing cryogenic vaporizer and equipment engineering/manufacturer, supporting the industrial gas and LNG industries. We are a privately held global company, with our main Headquarters in The Netherlands. Our latest expansion is in the USA, where we have an engineering office and manufacturing facility to serve the North and South American markets. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Purchasing material, components, and equipment needed to execute projects
  • Managing purchased items schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for material specifications and compliance to customer requirements

· Collaborate with team and contributes to establishing timelines, budgets, and solutions for projects.

· Ensures the project adheres to set schedule and is meeting goals of the client/deadlines.

· Incorporate purchased items with ERP system

· Coordinate with global purchasing colleagues in other regional locations

  • Interaction with manufacturing vendors regarding design issues
  • Negotiate supply contracts with vendors
  • Track receiving and inventory
  • Additional tasks that may be requested:
  • Travel to manufacturing facility
  • Scheduling of project meetings

Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum five years’ experience with technical purchasing responsibilities listed above.
  • Proficient in the following:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Be able to work in an environment with open discussions and visitors without getting distracted

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field OR five (5+) years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Management.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising/leading Team and projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/activities; detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven capability to lead change in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
