Purchasing/Inventory Coordinator - Supply Chain
Job description
- Monitors department storerooms and CSR, maintaining PAR levels and restocking using data.
- Prepares purchase orders and places them.
- Enters all movement of product in the Supply Chain information system daily.
- Ensures departments have adequate supplies by communicating and problem solving with end users regarding their products, orders and changes in supply.
- Manages back orders and substitutions.
- Actively searches for contract pricing and vendors-assists departments with product standardization.
- Manages all shipping processes and receives shipments accurately
- Understand and manage warehouse operations and inventory which includes shipping, receiving, storing and issuing materials, equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma/GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule:
- 80hrs/2wks
- Day Shift
- Start time between 6:00am-7:00am and end time between 2:30-3:30pm
