Our understated luxury and premium amenities coupled with a staff of passionate service providers creates an experience for guests that is thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.We are looking to hire a full time year-round Public Area Attendant.
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the public areas, reporting deficiencies to ensure all rooms are maintained in accordance to standards and procedures of public areas as set forth by Forbes, AAA, Leading Hotels of The World and Chatham Bars Inn.
- Ensure all public areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained up to the standard as demonstrated by Housekeeping supervisory staff during initial training.
- Continuously uses chemicals to clean and sanitize the public restrooms including sinks, mirrors, walls, toilets and floors. Stocks the restrooms with sufficient paper products and amenities.
- Sweeps, vacuums, extracts, scrubs, waxes, and polishes public area floors both interior and exterior.
- Cleans and polishes furniture and upholstered items, ensuring they are always in the best condition.
- Dusts furniture, wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Welcomes guests and creates a hospitable experience.
