POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the timely and accurate posting of cash receipts. Audit and upload of delivery tickets into Laserfiche.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receive cash and apply cash transactions in JDE.
- Provide backup and assistance for other positions in the department as requested.
- Ensure accurate delivery ticket data is populated through VNC viewer.
- Upload delivery tickets into Laserfiche
- Process and apply credit card payments accepted by the company.
- Assist in basic collections efforts such as email and phone correspondence.
- Assist in administering prepayment programs with applicable rebates.
- Assist billing team in issuing credit memos and applicable rebates to maintain accuracy in customer accounts.
- Assist in collection and preparation of documentation requested for the annual outside audit.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Associates Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel and JD Edwards or other business software.
- Ability to work well with all departments and divisions in the company.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of organizational skill, accuracy, ability to plan and execute work efficiently. Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
