Job description
Intrepid Solutions seeks a Psychometrician / Student Assessment Developer to support our federal client in Quantico, VA.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
- This position will have regular Monday-Friday work hours.
TRAVEL:
- Limited or minimal travel expected.
CLEARANCE:
- Active Top Secret clearance is required, with SCI and Poly.
- Master's degree in Psychology with a specialty in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Personality Research, or Quantitative Methods.
CERTIFICATIONS: N/A
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 2+ years of experience developing student assessment instruments or conducting training needs analysis.
- Proven ability to perform data collection, summarization, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills.
