Work at Home position in Orlando, Florida

SUMMARY
The Network Operations Department is responsible for the financial and operational activities of the provider network. In this role, you will be exposed to all aspects of a Coordinated Care Organization (financial understanding, provider network building, conflict/issue resolution, contracting, claim payments, meetings, training, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the liaison between Cigna Medicare Advantage and the Specialist Provider Network
Responsible for initiating the provider onboarding process following receipt of a signed participation contract
Daily collaboration with Contracting and Provider Data Quality matrix teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new providers joining the Cigna Medicare Advantage network
Identify the right parties or resources, internally and externally, to resolve issues timely
Ensuring data accuracy by submitting change requests to update provider demographics, group information and contract changes
Support network operations in a variety of daily tasks, such as maintaining directory accuracy, tracking provider related grievances, and obtaining provider documentation for such things as credentialing, annual chart audit forms and attestations

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required
3+ years of healthcare experience preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance industry, terminology, provider networks, contracting and credentialing preferred
Ability and willingness to share knowledge
Detail oriented, with proven time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards)
Be a positive role model and have the ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers of all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
Occasional travel - 35%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 19 - 29 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
