The McCloud Group (TMG) is a Construction Management (CM) firm founded in 2002, specializing in the construction and renovation of educational, municipal, cultural, residential and transportation construction projects for municipal / public sector agencies in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. TMG serves as the owner’s representative and advocate through all phases of a project and under a variety of delivery methods.

TMG is looking for a Proposal Coordinator for its Corporate Office in Jersey City, NJ. The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in response to challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing RFQ/RFP documents and participating in go/no-go discussions
• Preparing prequalification forms and packages
• Managing proposal submissions from start to finish
• Following up with clients regarding past, present, and future proposals
• Writing and updating resumes, profile, project descriptions etc.
• Participate in networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or Business
• Minimum of 3 years’ proposal writing experience; preferably within construction or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
• Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
